METAThis role covers all aspects of B2B marketing including driving world class digital marketing, top-notch industry presence, identifying and sharing the right success stories, creating meaningful content, driving the right mix of events, identifying the most appropriate set of marketing collateral and more. You will be supervising a team of marketing managers and marketing agencies to execute the marketing programs.This role will work closely with the APAC marketing team and local sales team and other cross functional teams to develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Taiwan & Hong Kong. The position will be part of the APAC and Greater China (GCR) marketing teams and will be a senior partner to the sales leads in Taiwan & Hong Kong. This position requires a deep understanding of the marketing landscape for Taiwan & Hong Kong and overall GCR. This is a full-time position, which can be based in either Hong Kong or Taipei, and will report to the Director of Global Business Marketing GCR.

    Marketing Manager, Global Business Marketing, Taiwan & Hong Kong Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for all B2B marketing to enhance Meta’s B2B brand as well as to accelerate business growth and product adoption in Taiwan & Hong Kong
    • Develop and execute world class marketing strategy and communication for all Meta products partnering with sales and other cross functional partners
    • Manage and lead a team and inspire the team to develop and execute a world class marketing plan
    • Create innovative content to generate new business, educate clients/partners on new products/features and engage clients/partners on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via new marketing techniques
    • Develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance our advertisers, agency partners and the industry’s understanding of digital marketing
    • Develop and execute digital marketing plans including campaigns and always on content
    • Develop and execute a calendar for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities – transforming Meta’s industry presence
    • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches
    • Identify scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive growth and sales for clients

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree preferred, MBA or equivalent a plus
    • Minimum of 8 years and above of relevant experience
    • Demonstrated ability for developing industry leading marketing strategies/campaigns in an Internet and/or advertising environment
    • Deep knowledge of the advertising/marketing industries in Taiwan & Hong Kong
    • Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams including senior stakeholders

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Successful experience leading and coaching team members
